你好，爸爸妈妈：
在这次夏令营，我学到了一定要坚持、胆大，而不能退缩的道理。我在家里一般不怎么干活，我一直以为夏令营很简单，但这次来，我体会到了辛苦。在这三天里，我得到了训练，现在我胆子变大了一点，在双山岛的这几天，我感到没白来。
在这几天里，让我最难忘的就是高空断桥，这真叫刺激，让人害怕。刺激是因为我非常的高兴，害怕是因为这是八米高的断桥，从上面看下去，脚都会发抖。我让我自己一定要跨过去，最终我鼓起勇气跨了过去。在跳下来的时候，我的心都到嗓子眼了，心跳在加速。
最后我要谢谢爸爸妈妈。
